Blake Jenkins is a federal and state court litigator who brings first-hand experience presenting witnesses at trial, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with federal investigations. Blake's experience covers a wide variety of industries, including energy, construction, aerospace, and finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Blake gained hands-on experience and insight into federal court litigation during law school by interning for the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas and for the Honorable David Hittner of the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas.

As a member of the firm's Global Energy Studio, our Energy industry team think tank, Blake engages with the latest energy sector developments and couples his legal advice with market insights. Blake also supports the firm's commitment to sustainability by serving on the Hogan Lovells national environmental committee.

Presented witnesses during nine-figure trial involving a breach of contract dispute relating to the performance of a deep-water drillship.

Represented offshore drilling contractor in nine-figure securities litigation involving alleged breach of corporate indenture agreement.

Representing subsidiaries of foreign national petroleum company in multiple commercial disputes in federal court.

Represented international aerospace and defense supplier in litigation involving state and federal antitrust claims and obtained dismissal of antitrust causes of action.

Represented oil refiner and marketer in wrongful death actions in state and federal court.

Represented oil refiner and marketer in breach of contract and trademark disputes.
