Brittney Bennett helps clients navigate a comprehensive range of general corporate law matters to successful completion, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and fund formation and secondaries. She has handled significant matters within the energy and natural resources, life sciences and healthcare, and sports, media, and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittney worked in an investment management group of a leading international law firm in Chicago after spending nearly 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, where she was a litigator and operations officer.
Brittney has served her community in various capacities throughout her career, including fostering bully-breed dogs through local organizations, assisting with canine enrichment at local animal control, and serving as a mentor to young students. Brittney currently is a volunteer with Catholic Charities serving Afghanistan Refugees seeking asylum.
