Advising QatarEnergy on new country entries into Namibia, South Africa and Lebanon. 

Advising energy major on development of landmark upstream oil project and gas-to-energy project in Guyana.

Advising on multiple gas and LNG supply and trading contracts and price review negotiations and disputes.

Advising energy major on sale of major upstream and midstream asset portfolio in UK.

Advising Wintershall Dea on acquisition of major interest in upstream Hokchi block, Mexico.

Advising UK Government on landmark special administration and sale out of administration of Bulb Energy Limited.

Advising UK Government on (i) £12bn Energy Bills Support Scheme (ii) £40bn Energy Markets Financing Scheme and (iii) GB gas storage regime.

Advising Sojitz Corporation on its purchase from Helios Investment Partners of a 25% interest in Axxela, the largest private sector gas distributor in Nigeria
