Leonardo Bafunno

Leonardo focuses on advising primary Italian and international financial institutions in securitization transactions of performing and distressed assets, as well as in structuring competitive processes for the sale of NPLs. He also assists lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate, acquisition and corporate financing as well as issuance of debt instruments. Leonardo worked at primary international and Italian law firms focusing on structured finance, banking and debt capital markets.
