Annika Lind advises as a lawyer in real estate law. Her focus is on drafting and negotiating of commercial lease agreements as well as advising on complex real estate transactions.
As a lawyer, Annika Lind mainly advises institutional investors, national and international investors as well as banks and high net worth individuals (family offices). Her advice focuses in particular on all legal issues in the field of commercial tenancy law as well as on real estate transactions.
During her studies in Freiburg im Breisgau, Annika Lind spent two semesters abroad studying at the University of Aberdeen in the UK. Prior to her admission to the bar, she worked for international commercial law firms and one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies in corporate and civil law. In addition thereto, Annika Lind worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer in real estate law at Hogan Lovells during her legal traineeship.
