Anne Caterina Busch advises and represents German and international clients in the area of Dispute Resolution. Anne's work includes complex litigation proceedings before German courts as well as before international (arbitration) courts. She focuses mainly on commercial and real estate litigation. Those proceedings often have cross-border elements which are handled together with colleagues in Hogan Lovells offices abroad.

Anne studied law in Mainz, Paris and Berkeley, California. Besides obtaining her German state exams, she studied European and French Law in Paris and obtained a Master I as well as a Magister Iuris in European and International law. Anne served her legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court in Koblenz and trained with the DG Competition at the European Commission in Brussels, as well as in our Financial Services Litigation team in London. During her studies and her traineeship, she worked for several international law firms in Frankfurt, Paris and Brussels in the areas of litigation, corporate and competition law. In 2022 she completed the LL.M. professional track at the University of California, Berkeley Law where she specialised in IP law.
