Alex Aber focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He has extensive experience representing public and private company buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and other strategic business transactions.

Alex has been recognized for his M&A work by Chambers USA, IFLR1000, Legal 500 US, and by The M&A Advisor in its 5th annual 40 Under 40 awards program.

Alex also advises founders and management of - and investors in - early stage and mature technology and life science companies on a broad range of matters including corporate governance, equity and debt financing transactions, technology licensing and joint ventures.

Alex currently serves as Co-Chair of the M&A Committee of the Business Transaction Section of the Boston Bar Association.
