James advises on a broad spectrum of investment fund matters, working with clients including international investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks and asset managers.
James advises sponsors and managers on the structuring, launch, regulation and marketing of a range of onshore and offshore vehicles including private funds, consortium and club ventures. He also works with institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on the terms of investments in a wide variety of funds and strategic joint ventures.
James also acts for issuers and banks on the listing of investment companies on the London Stock Exchange and in relation to secondary issues by London listed investment funds.
James has previously spent time on secondment to Deutsche Bank Asset and Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank.
