Khaosara assists technology, telecommunications, and media clients to navigate legal, regulatory, and policy issues.

Khaosara advises clients on various state, federal, and international regulatory and policy issues regarding Artificial Intelligence, privacy and data protection, children’s online safety, content moderation, and space satellite industries. These include matters before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and other international regulatory bodies. Khaosara is also a part of the firm’s Africa Practice Group and Africa Future Leaders Program, where she focuses on U.S.-Africa policies and business relations.

Prior to re-joining Hogan Lovells after her 2021 summer associate position, Khaosara served as a judicial law clerk for the Appellate Court of Maryland and worked as an Arbitrator for the World Bank Group's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. During law school, Khaosara also externed for the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and worked with the Public International Law and Policy Group. 

Khaosara maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on domestic violence and public international law issues.
