Khaosara assists technology, telecommunications, and media clients to navigate legal, regulatory, and policy issues.

Khaosara advises clients on various state, federal, and international regulatory and policy issues regarding Artificial Intelligence, privacy and data protection, children’s online safety, content moderation, and space satellite industries. These include matters before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and other international regulatory bodies. Khaosara is also a part of the firm’s Africa Practice Group and Africa Future Leaders Program.

Prior to re-joining Hogan Lovells after her 2021 summer associate position, Khaosara served as a judicial law clerk for the Appellate Court of Maryland and worked as an Arbitrator for the World Bank Group.
