He regularly handles complex claims such as discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing and post termination restrictive covenant and bonus disputes. 

Ed has deep experience in relation to collective consultation issues and manages the employment aspects of complex international transactions, including large scale outsourcing agreements, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.  Ed regularly speaks at employment law seminars and runs client training workshops.

Advising a multinational management consultant on its successful enforcement of post termination restrictive covenants in both the UK and UAE.

Running an investigation on behalf of a global depository bank in relation to complex and sensitive allegations of discrimination and bullying arising out of sexual orientation.

Providing bespoke training sessions to the entire workforce of a leading private equity company in relation to bullying and harassment in the workplace. 

Advising a leading online travel company in relation to its global restructuring and downsizing following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Advising a household name insurance company in relation to the TUPE implications of its outsourcing of material back office functions to a third party provider.
