UPC Invitation - Injunctions

Please join us for our international webinar series: "The new Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court – Kick-start 2023."

The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, the biggest change in European patent law since the adoption of the European Patent Convention (EPC) 50 years ago has been live since 1 June. The first infringement actions and revocation actions have been filed. There is no information in the Case Management System yet if also preliminary measures have been filed in the meantime, but it will be just a matter of time until first requests will be made. Also, we can expect that a number of warning letters have been filed in the first days of the UPC going live (which are not publicly available).

During this seminar, we will therefore address in particular the following hot topics:

• Provisional measures in the UPC (including requirements and scope)
• Measures for preservation of evidence in the UPC
• Options for protective letters in the UPC
