Dr. Malte Kramer advises national and international companies on corporate governance, compliance and internal investigations as well as white-collar crime issues. His focus is on regulatory issues, in particular environmental law.
Malte studied law at the University of Osnabrück, the Westfälische Wilhelms-Unversität Münster and at the Radboud University (NL) with a focus on public law. After his First State Examination, he worked as a research assistant at the Zentralinstitut für Raumplanung an der Universität Münster and wrote his doctoral thesis on protection of species in spatial planning. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster (Westf.).
