She represents her clients in court, in trademark office proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes. Accordingly, Katharina Linke advises her clients in contract and settlement negotiations regarding intellectual property matters.

Katharina Linke gained her first insights into the field of intellectual property law, especially trademark law, during her law studies. She further deepened her knowledge with her dissertation on a trade mark law topic. During her legal traineeship, she worked for an IP chamber at the Hamburg Regional Court, at the Hamburg Court of Appeals and at one of the world's leading music companies.
