In his practice, Jakub Derulski has provided comprehensive legal services to financial institutions, and participated in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concerning banks, payment institutions, and investment funds.
Jakub has also advised financial institutions, leasing companies, and rental companies on the implementation of new products, supporting the client both at the stage of shaping and reviewing structures and in the ongoing challenges of their implementation. Jakub has also supported clients from the financial, IT, and e-commerce sectors with contracts and transactions related to new technologies.
Jakub Derulski joined the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells in 2024. Prior to that, he gained experience in, among others: one of the largest Polish law firms, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
