Megan James is counsel in our market-leading Corporate Trusts practice. She acts for trustees, custodians, and other service providers across the full range of debt capital markets and loan products.
Megan advises on new money deals, post-close amendments, restructurings, and distressed debt situations. She has experience advising service providers on large scale remediation and restructuring projects, including LIBOR due diligence and Brexit-related business reorganisations.
Megan gained invaluable experience from her time seconded to the legal and restructuring teams at two leading corporate trustees. She employs that experience to anticipate trustee and agent concerns and to offer up creative solutions.
