Jing is an associate in the Corporate and Finance practice group at Hogan Lovells’ Hong Kong office.
Jing’s practice focuses on banking and finance transactions. She has experience acting for corporate borrowers and financial institutions on various finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans (secured and unsecured) and re-financings etc.

Advising a leading steelmaker on the financing aspects of its overseas investment in the mining and infrastructure (rail and port) project in the Republic of Guinea.
Advising affiliates of a global pharmaceutical company on a number of financings for their pharmaceutical investments in Taiwan and other jurisdictions.
Advising a syndicate of banks on the dual-tranche HK$ and US$ term loan facilities granted to a HK-listed property developer for refinancing its existing facilities.
Advising a real estate-focused alternative investments manager in a refinancing loan granted by a PRC bank involving security over commercial office building in Hong Kong.
Advising an Australian bank in an amendment of existing facility terms granted to an aircraft leasing company.
