Kelsey Moran advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. She represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets and securities, mergers, and other business combinations and reorganizations.
In addition to her corporate work, Kelsey maintains an active pro bono practice before a variety of courts and government agencies. She has represented clients in public housing appeals, immigration proceedings, and with domestic violence statutory reform efforts.
While in law school, Kelsey served as Executive Notes Editor of The Tax Lawyer and as a Peer Advisor to her fellow Georgetown Law students. Before law school, she earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Kansas State University, where she remains actively involved as a member of the K-State Pre-Law Advisory Council.
