Matt McTygue is a leading corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience in private equity and finance.
Matt represents private equity and venture capital firms, investors, and private companies in a broad range of acquisition, financing, and other business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, senior, mezzanine and venture debt financings, restructurings, and recapitalizations and general corporate matters.
Matt is the Vice President of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) where he is also a member of its Executive Committee and the Boston Bar Foundation Society of Fellows.
