Lu Zhou regularly advises private equity fund clients or bank institutions on the structure of the investment deals and assisting the portfolio companies of the fund clients in a variety of transactions, including recapitalisation, restructure of group companies, spin-offs and institutional and bank financing. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells International LLP, she worked as an associate at a law firm in New York. She has also worked for The Honorable Michael Davis in the US District Court, District of Minnesota as a judicial extern, and clerked for the judges in the Board of Veterans’ Appeals in Washington, D.C.
