Linda Haß focuses her practice on commercial and corporate litigation. She provides our international and German clients with legal support in extrajudicial scenarios as well as in disputes in court. She brings extensive expertise in representing her clients in court. Linda's scope of services covers communication across national and international teams, coordination of complex litigation issues, developing defense strategies and providing her clients thoroughly-researched legal advices.
Before qualifying as a lawyer in 2014, Linda studied law at the University of Constance and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart. Before joining Hogan Lovells Linda worked as a litigator in a major German law firm in the field of Media Law.
Representative experience
Representing a global leading automotive-OEM in interim proceedings against two suppliers after a supply stop.
Advising and representing a major electronic company in litigation proceedings and an arbitration procedure concerning corporate disputes.
Advising and representing an international automotive-OEM in a multitude of court cases in many German courts.
Representing a leading technology company against claims for damages in connection with a cyber attack and the loss of customer data based on the GDPR and other grounds before several German courts.
