Lea Gröblinghoff advises international and national clients on all aspects of patent law. Her main focus is on patent litigation, along with the corresponding matters arising from related validity proceedings.
Lea studied law at the University of Bonn with focus on commercial and competition law including aspects of intellecutal property. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad in France at the University of Caen and a Summer Law School in competiton law in Nicosia in Cyprus. Lea then completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. As part of her traineeship she worked in Berlin at the Ministry of Finance and at our Dusseldorf office in the IPMT practice area. She spent another part of her legal traineeship in a law firm in Sydney in Australia focussing on matters in various industries like technologie, health and energy.
