As a senior associate in our global corporate team in London, Vinura has a broad practice covering a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work (with particular experience on issues related to public company disclosure, the UK Listing Rules and the UK Takeover Code). Vinura has previously been seconded to our corporate team in Dubai where he advised international clients on implementing transactions locally.

Tetra Tech on its £636m successful competitive cash takeover of RPS Group by scheme of arrangement.
Clipper Logistics plc on its £1bn takeover by GXO Logistics, Inc.
Electra Private Equity PLC on the demerger of Hostmore plc onto the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and its transition to AIM as Unbound Group plc.
