Hogan Lovells advises Hayfin on the financing of the take-private acquisition of Alliance Pharma plc by DBAY Advisors

London, 10 January 2025 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Hayfin on the acquisition financing of the take-private of Alliance Pharma plc by DBAY Advisors. Alliance Pharma PLC is a global healthcare platform that markets and distributes leading over-the-counter consumer healthcare and prescription products in more than 100 countries.

The London-based Hogan Lovells team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Nick Cusack supported by Sylvain Dhennin, senior associate George Kiladze, associate Alex Walker and trainee Ashali Herai. Partner Anthony Doolittle advised on the public M&A aspects of the transaction, supported by senior associate Vinura Ladduwahetty. Counsel Chris Hyde advised on the tax aspects.
