Hogan Lovells advises Smart Metering Systems on its £1.3 billion takeover offer by KKR

London, 26 March 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised UK-listed energy infrastructure company Smart Metering Systems plc (SMS) on a recommended £1.3 billion takeover offer by private equity firm KKR. The takeover offer was declared unconditional on 22 March 2024.
