Advising BBVA in the financing for the acquisition of a international target by a Spanish listed company ($350MM).

Advising international group engaged in renewable power sector in financing and refinancing of several projects in Spain and Portugal, including through project bonds schemes.

Advising Grupo Noriega on a €1bn debt restructuring.

Advising Volkswagen on a securitisation of auto loan receivables originated in Spain.

Advising international infrastructure fund regarding acquisition of €1bn distressed debt in Spanish infrastructure company (including analysis of cram down risks and debt for equity schemes).

Advising a major financial institution in sale of 14 branches together with €300m associated business (including loan and mortgage loan portfolios originated in such branches).

Advising Banco Santander in an US$350m margin loan.

Advising FMS in relation to the restructuring of an €1bn financing made available to the Spanish public entity AENA.
