Marcus Häußling advises national and international clients on all aspects of European and German data protection law and IT law.

Marcus advises clients on the implementation and implications of regulatory requirements in the context of digital business models and the digital transformation. Apart from data protection law and IT law, he thereby focuses on issues related to the EU digital strategy, in particular the EU AI Act and the EU Data Act, as well as cybersecurity. In addition, he also advises on these issues and other IT/IP related aspects in commercial and corporate transactions.

Marcus studied law in Passau and Dundee, and spent a part of his legal traineeship at the San Francisco office of an international law firm.
