Melina Rodriguez


I joined Hogan Lovells in March 2016 as Front of House Manager. I manage the client host team and I'm responsible for maintaining and developing the image, quality and coordination of service delivery for all front of house meeting and events across our three buildings.

My role is operational, hands on and fast paced, catering for both external and internal clients. We are the first point of contact within an integrated team offering a seamless delivery. Part of my role is to review standards and operational procedures to ensure they meet the firms expectations and business needs.

I also get involved in new projects which allows me to work alongside business analysts, senior project management and my counterpart in Washington DC. My role is  evolving with the growing needs of the firm and it's definitely a career and not just a job, and one that I relish and enjoy.
