2023 Higher Education Horizons Series | Congressional Investigations Roundtable

This virtual series aims to address the changing education landscape, including regulatory updates and what they mean for institutions. The series will feature presentations, practical analysis, and engaging discussions across a spectrum of areas.

With the 118th Congress now in motion and a House Republican majority in control, our Government Relations team has been tracking several implications for higher education institutions. House Republicans—who wield subpoena power on the standing committees—have signaled an aggressive agenda. On 16 March, members of our congressional investigations team and higher education industry sector hosted a roundtable discussion of the congressional oversight agenda in 2023 and what it means for education institutions.
