Diana Rodriguez advises international and national clients on all aspects of patent law. Her main focus is on patent litigation, in particular in the field of telecommunications and technology as well as in the pharmaceutical sector. Diana also advises in the context of injunctions on essential patents and other aspects of FRAND obligations.
Diana studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Pisa, Italy. She focused on European private and competition law as well as comparative and international law. During her legal traineeship Diana worked, i.a., for the German Embassy in Asunción, Paraguay, as well as in our Dusseldorf office, where she already gained experience in FRAND claims.
