Christina Kesting represents clients in and out of court in copyright and competition law. Her focus here is the digitization and utilization of digital content on the internet and the realization of a "free flow of data" within the European single market.

In addition, she advises national and international clients in the field of data protection law. Her activities include consulting on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. In doing so, she drafts Privacy Policies and Data Processing Agreements and reviews websites and marketing strategies for compliance with data protection law.

Christina studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and at the University of Surrey, England, and already focused on Intellectual Property law during her studies. Accompanying her work on her doctorate in patent law, she was already able to gain experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law as a research assistant in an international law firm.
