Viktoria Hennig supports national and international clients in all aspects relating to banking regulatory law and investment law.
Viktoria offers advice on licensing and ownership control procedures. In this context, she supports our clients in implementing new financial products. Viktoria further advises clients on investment law related topics.
Before joining us, Viktoria worked as a lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) for another German Law firm. Viktoria studied law in Münster and completed her Master of Laws degree at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In the context of her doctoral degree at the University of Münster, she focussed on the prudential regulation of internet platforms.
