Pietro Grieco is an associate of the Debt Capital Markets team in Milan.
He joined Hogan Lovells in 2023 after working at leading Italian and international law firms between Rome and Milan for more than three years, as well as for Italian Financial Supervisory Authorities.
Pietro supports the team in advising leading Italian and foreign clients on various types of securitisation and other structured finance transactions, as well as debt capital markets transactions.
In 2021 he concluded a PhD in Economic and Commercial Law at "La Sapienza" University of Rome, after obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Business Law in 2017 and a Law Degree cum laude in 2016.
During his studies, he also spent six months, as part of international student exchange programmes, both in New York and in the Netherlands.
Pietro is an Italian qualified lawyer since 2022.
