EU Mobility Directive

On 31 January 2023, the implementation deadline for the Mobility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/2121 of the European Parliament and of the Council) has ended. The Mobility Directive harmonizes the existing legal framework for cross-border mergers and for the first time introduces uniform rules for cross-border divisions and changes of legal form. By now most of the EU Member States have implemented the Mobility Directive in their national law, while a few Member States are behind schedule.

Join us for a webinar where we will present an update on the implementation of the Mobility Directive in key Member States. Specialists from our local offices will discuss key features and particularities of the national implementation rules in France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland.

In this webinar, we will also introduce the online cross-jurisdictional guide developed for our clients by Hogan Lovells and selected local firms which provides a detailed analysis of the implementation of the Mobility Directive in each individual EU Member State.
