As a senior associate / deputy civil law notary in the Corporate & Finance practice, Chantalle Schoegje focuses her practice on international M&A transactions and reorganisations.
She is passionate about M&A transactions, inclusive pre- and post-closing restructurings. Furthermore, she has experience in share transactions, joint ventures and (cross border) mergers and split-offs. Being qualified as a deputy civil-law notary under Dutch law she handles transactions from start to finish including notarial transfer instruments and related documentation. Chantalle is committed to our clients by being responsive and providing client-tailored advice.
