Marino Castillo, a Mexican-trained lawyer, advises clients on their most sensitive matters, including investigations and litigation. With great understating of the political reality in Mexico and other countries in Latin America, Marino knows how to help clients by identifying potential risks in their relations with the government.

He joined the Hogan Lovells Mexico City office in 2012, where he advised clients in government contracting and administrative proceedings before federal and local agencies and represented clients in litigation against different government agencies before federal and local courts.

After five years practicing law in Mexico, Marino graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a masters in law, focusing his studies on white collar crime, internal investigations, and compliance. Armed with that degree, he then worked for one year at the Hogan Lovells Washington, D.C. office where he actively helped clients as part of the Investigations, White Collar Crime, and Fraud practice group.

Now, back in the Mexico City office, Marino is prepared to guide clients and confront their issues efficiently and effectively in matters such as anti-corruption and anti-bribery, internal investigations, compliance, and administrative litigation.
