As part of the firm's Global Products Law Practice, Lorena Baltazar focuses on product regulation and compliance as well as product-related commercial and consumer law issues in a wide range of industry sectors.
Lorena's clients include global companies putting innovative products on the market across different sectors, from automotive and connected technology, to consumer electronics, clothing and wearables.
She advises clients in all aspects of the product lifecycle - from regulatory requirements at the product’s launch to marking and labelling in multiple jurisdictions, and works on a daily basis with colleagues in the Hogan Lovells' network of overseas offices.
