Advising national and international clients on the employment consequences of first generation Outsourcing as well as second and further generation Outsourcing.

Advising consulting companies on up or out situations and reaching amicable settlements in these case.

Succesfully representing IT-companies in litigation with prior service providers who claimed a transfer of undertaking after termination of an outsourcing contract. 

Advice on the enforceability of non-compete agreements, both on behalf of the old an the new employer and the employee. 

Advising and coordinating a restructuring involving 14 European jurisdictions including advice on collective dismissal and cross border aspects.

Advising members of the Management Board of a Dutch energy company to protect their collective and individual interests in light of the sale and transfer of the company to a competitor.

Advising on the strategic aspects of envisaged collective dismissals, on employee consultation, retention arrangements, dismissal proceedings and reaching amicable settlements with employees etc.
