Dr. Patrick Waldecker

Graduating from University of Cologne with a degree in law, Patrick Waldecker furthered his academic pursuits by completing his doctorate, focusing on the obligation to disclose inside information for German soccer clubs. His doctorate was promoted with a scholarship from the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation. His academic journey continued with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in business law at the University of Cologne, in which he enriched his comprehension of business and economic approaches and entrepreneurial strategies.

Throughout his legal clerkship, Patrick Waldecker augmented his knowledge and experience of corporate law and M&A at a leading international business law firm in Düsseldorf. Additionally, he gained invaluable experience within the legal department of a leading global soccer club and for the economic department of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the USA in Washington D.C. These experiences have fortified his proficiency and insights into the intricacies of business law and international business.
