Mark Vincent’s practice is focussed on single and multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial transactional and advisory matters.
Mark regularly works with private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, family offices and private and public companies in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, venture investments, minority and joint venture investments, corporate reorganisations, carve-outs and divestitures. In addition, Mark maintains an active practice and serves as trusted advisor to multinational entities on their regulatory, governance, employment and data privacy considerations in Singapore.

Navis Capital Partners on its sale of B Medical Systems, a leader in temperature-controlled storage solutions, to Azenta, Inc., a leading provider of life sciences solutions, for up to EUR460m.
EDF Renewables on its strategic investment in and financing of SkyX Energy, the holding company of SkyX Solar, a rooftop solar power developer and a subsidiary of VinaCapital.
Flipkart Private Limited on its US$3.6bn funding to accelerate the growth of the consumer internet ecosystem in India.
Flipkart, one of India's leading digital commerce entities, on its US$1.2bn fundraising together with its US$700m fundraising for PhonePe, a payments business.
Goldman Sachs and TSSP on the sale of datacentre business, AirTrunk, to the funds management arm of Macquarie, MIRA, for almost AUD$3bn.
