Kat Tyurin counsels clients on a range of corporate and securities matters, including public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kat has experience representing sponsors, public and private issuers, and underwriters in a variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield and investment grade debt issuances, exchange offers, and liability management transactions. She has also represented a number of public and private companies in M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kat worked as an associate at another leading national firm where she worked on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
