Roxanne handles complex, high-stakes cases in intellectual property litigation, particularly in the areas of copyright, designs and trademarks, unfair competition, and parasitism. She also advises international clients from various sectors, especially in the fields of video games, new technologies, fashion, and consumer goods.
Admitted to the New York Bar, Roxanne holds a Master's degree in Applied Intellectual Property from Paris-Saclay University, a Master 214 in Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University, and an LL.M in Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law from Cardozo School of Law in New York.
