Alex Tablan provides innovative and practical advice amid clients’ toughest challenges in consumer product and environmental litigation, drawing on his multi-disciplinary background in renewable energy policy, labor and employment, and civil rights.

He gained valuable insight into state renewable portfolio standards while pursuing his master’s degree in environmental science and policy from University of Pennsylvania. In researching for his master’s thesis, Alexander grew familiar with state-level legislation and regulatory requirements that encouraged zero/low-carbon emission energy development as well as public-private sector collaboration in reaching sustainability goals.

Alexander pursued his J.D. at the University of California, Berkley, where he served as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, served as senior articles editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly, and retained membership of the Pilipino American Law Society and the Queer Caucus.
