Sophia Gottschlich advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Sophia supports you with your employment law issues at every stage: from the establishment to the termination of the contractual relationship, as well as with new regulations to be implemented during the ongoing employment relationship, and with questions of employee co-determination.
During her law studies in Mainz, Sophia already focused on employment law. She deepened her understanding of employment law matters during her LL.M. studies in Bristol (United Kingdom). As part of her legal traineeship, she worked, among others, for a law firm in Frankfurt specialized in employment law.
