Sophia advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her activities focus on providing employment law advice in corporate transactions. She also advises on restructuring projects and is involved in designing the employment law strategy that shapes the reorganization of companies.

Whether in or out of court, Sophia resolves employment disputes efficiently, taking into account not only legal aspects but also strategic and financial considerations. Contract drafting and matters of employee co-determination are among her other areas of expertise.

During her law studies in Mainz, Sophia already focused on employment law. She deepened her understanding of employment law matters during her LL.M. studies in Bristol (United Kingdom). As part of her legal traineeship, she worked, among others, for a law firm in Frankfurt specialized in employment law.
