Wtech Fire Group is part of the Ireland-based fire protection technology group Writech, headquartered in Mullingar, Ireland. Writech – the core company of the Wtech Fire Group – was founded in 1985 and has grown significantly since then. Today, the company employs over 800 staff.
Feuerfuchs Brandschutz GmbH carries out the planning, supply and installation of fixed fire extinguishing systems, as well as their servicing, maintenance and repair, throughout Germany.
The transaction represents the Wtech Fire Group’s first add-on acquisition in Germany and forms part of its strategic focus on specifically expanding its presence in the European market, particularly in Germany.
