Benoit Serraf advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private acquisition and merger & demerger. Benoit holds a Master in international business law and a DJCE in business law from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France). He was admitted to both the Paris and the Luxembourg Bar. Benoit is fluent in French and English and has good knowledge of Spanish.
Prior joining Hogan Lovells, Benoit worked for major law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.
