She also has experience supporting clients in complex M&A transactions, including public and private deals, many involving multijurisdictional regulatory compliance and post-closing integration.
Ana Laura holds law degrees from both Brazil and the United States. She began her legal career in Brazil and spent over five years as an associate in Hogan Lovells’ São Paulo office, where she worked on transactions involving more than 40 jurisdictions. She regularly counseled clients on corporate governance, regulatory strategy, and international structuring.
