Milan, 20 July 2023 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the Guaresi Group, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of tomato harvesting machinery for the canning and processing industry, on the acquisition of Hortus and its subsidiary Hortech, an Italian company specialising in the design and manufacturing of machinery for the harvesting of horticultural products in open fields and greenhouses.
Hogan Lovells assisted the Guaresi Group with a cross-practice team led by managing partner Luca Picone and counsel Martina Di Nicola, with support from associate Marina Massaro. Partner Carlo Massini advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
