Marina focuses her practice on corporate transactions and gained experience on acquisitions, group reorganizations and private equity, assisting international and domestic clients in several operations in Italy as well as in a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate/M&A transactions.
Marina graduated in Law from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' of Milan in 2017 and was admitted in 2020 as an Italian lawyer (Avvocato).
Representative experience
Advised IBM on the global separation and reorganization of Kyndryl Holdings, Inc., its managed infrastructure services business prior to the spin-off of Kyndryl into a separate publicly traded company
Advised Lynwood AG in the sale of the entire corporate capital of Kopter AG to Leonardo S.p.A.
Advised Orca Devéloppement SA in the direct and indirect acquisition of the entire corporate capital of G. Angeloni S.r.l., Dynanotex S.r.l, Impregnatex Compositi s.r.l., and ITT S.r.l.
Advised SAUR SA in the acquisition of the Italian group Unidro S.p.A.
Advised Mr. Renda in the sale of the entire corporate capital of L'Aromatika S.r.l. (Caffè Borbone) to Italmobiliare S.p.A. and consequent reinvestment in the acquiring corporate vehicle
