Daniel Muñoz-Delgado is an Associate in our Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice in the Madrid office. He focuses in the enforcement and litigation of IP rights, particularly in the field of patents, trademarks, copyright and unfair competition. Daniel currently advises both national and international clients with a particular focus in the Life Sciences and Technology and Telecommunications industries.
He is known for his dedication, enthusiasm, hard work and commitment in all the matters he handles.
Daniel is involved in a wide range of multi-jurisdictional litigation matters. In particular, he deals with IP complex disputes before the Spanish Commercial Courts and the European Union Trademark and Design Court.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2019, he worked as an intern in an IP boutique in Barcelona.

Representing a leading international industrial services provider in patent infringement proceedings launched by a competitor before the Bilbao courts.
Advising and representing a multinational smartphones manufacturer in patent litigation proceedings launched by an NPE, including preliminary injunction proceedings, as well as in protective actions before the Barcelona courts during the Mobile World Congress.
Representing a leading manufacturer of fibre optic solutions for telecommunication networks in patent infringement proceedings against competitors in Spain.
Representing a leading financial institution in software licence agreement infringement proceedings before the Madrid courts.
Representing a leading telecommunications operator in one of the biggest patent disputes in Spain, which also involves copyright infringement and unfair competition claims.
Representing a leading pharmaceutical company specialising in allergy solutions in protective actions before the Barcelona courts against potential preliminary injunctions proceedings launched by a competitor.
Representing a leading company specialising in healthcare solutions in orthopaedics, neurosciences and spinal care in patent infringement proceedings, including preliminary injunctions proceedings, as well as protective actions before the Barcelona courts.
