Moritz focuses his practice on advising national and international companies on all matters concerning individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on business restructurings and reorganisations including the strategic planning of structural measures and (mass) layoffs.
Moritz further advises on aspects and implications of corporate codetermination and employee representation on board-level. Additionally, he frequently assists clients in drafting and amending employment contracts and all related questions. Moritz studied law at the University of Passau, Germany, and Cardiff University, United Kingdom. During his legal traineeship he worked, inter alia, for our Employment group at our Munich office and for a law firm in Toronto, Canada.
